(Underweight) Dealing with weight gain help?

I weight 96.8 pounds today, but two days ago I was 96.2 pounds. I used to weigh 113 but now I’ve been basically addicted to healthy eating lately. Since I’m 5’4, I know I’m underweight (15 years old) so I know that I need to gain weight especially since I don’t have a Period and haven’t had discharge or anything (eww) in a year. Anyways I’ve been eating over 2k cals per day (my usual is prob 1400 or so, and now that I’ve gained .6 pounds the reality has hit me that eating more is going to make me gain weight. I’m scared because I want to look for but idk if eating and gaining will make me look flabby, you know? Lately I think I’ve been having extreme hunger because I’m NEVER full, so I’ve been answering my body and eating (hence why I’m consuming 2k or more cals a day), but Im not anorexic or anything, so that makes me feel like I don’t have the right to have extreme hunger. Any advice?
