What does it mean if a person not my friend in Facebook suddenly appear in my "People You May Know"?

We have 3 mutual friends.

Does it also mean that person has viewed my profile? If yes, when and how many times?

    no, it does not mean that - it means they broke the rules and created more than one account which will probably get suspended soon

    It has nothing to do with Profile Views Its just Suggestions of people that you may know If you dont know that person just Ignore it

    Facebook sometimes suggest that you might wish to be friends with people, with whom you have friends in common. It has nothing to do with people viewing your profile.
