If the Spoon had never been invented, how would people these days be eating soup?

By using a tiny cup broken in half with a long handle tied to it.

The spoon wasn't really "invented" per se. People have been using cup like holders pretty much forever, both small and large. I'm guessing any spoon like thing was used as soon as pre primates had fingers.

Same as they used to before spoons --- by tipping the bowl up to their lips.

They'd use a fork, but then soup would become a weight loss product, as the process would take a while.

The same way people ate soup and broth for thousands of years before the spoon was invented. By drinking it from a cup or bowl.

Never mind about the soup; there are straws for that, worry about how people would have sex without spooning.

They'd freeze into Popsicles
