Is it worth staying in job when bosses treatment is almost bordering mean/bullying?

I was employed by husband and wife who just started their business. I worked in the hotel and theirs is a travel agency. I gave up my hotel job to join them. Offer was twice i got paid at the hotel. During interview they didnt tell any expectation.Theres only 3 of us.then a month after, the female boss was shouting at me for mistakes thats also hers.I cried in the bathroom.The guy,told me he expected me to have learned fast but he said i was "verrry slow" it crushed my spirit!I was 1 month & half then..
