I work in a ware house it took me about 4-6 months to get the basic knowledge of my job into a routine. I've been on my job for over 2 years.

I have gained experience over the years from a variety of work places, and continue to learn even today

There was no period of ramping up
I knew what to do right away
because I applied myself, used my mind, and asked questions.
But I never think I know everything.
