Yes, green juices are beneficial when part of a healthy low fat balanced diet. so please enjoy green juices, and smoothies to supplement your health. They tend to be used when people come off fasts, this transition step keeps them hydrated and prevents refeeding complications.
I should tell you that the optimal way to consume foods is as unprocessed as possible, juicing does remove many phytonutrients and fiber.
