Lips dry during the winter?

Update:

The only tissue we use is Puffs Plus Lotion because I tend to blow my nose a lot. Sometimes if I'm eating and forget to get a napkin, I'll use one of those tissues instead and I just realized my lips haven't gotten dry ONCE so far this winter. It can't be a coincidence. Try it.

Update 2:

I have lip balm, I just realized I haven't had to use it.

    Yes that is why we use lip balm.

    That's why they invented lip balm.

    1. Regularly use a lip scrub: just olive oil with a little sugar or apply oil to the lips then gently rub with damp washcloth.

    2. Use lip balm: avoid Vaseline as it's a barrier rather than moisturizing, opt for natural lip balms such as Lush's lip balms.
