Is Jehovah's Witness "the primary cause" of sexual abuse case?
Does the organization of Jehovah's Witnesses cause sexual abuse cases? No.
An incident occurred because both the perpetrator and the victim's parents did not strictly implement the organization's guidance. If they followed the guidance of the organization saying "it should not spend time with the opposite sex in a closed room", such case never would have happened.
After the incident, the organization was consulted by the victim. However, due to insufficient evidence, the elders did not recognize the incident occurred. So they did not notify the police.

Thus, Jehovah's Witnesses are not "the primary cause" of abuse case. It was the abuse case itself that was the "the primary cause" that caused the injury of victim's heart.
However, in the trial, despite not verifying that "the primary cause", they are discussing existence or non-existence of "second rape". For that reason Jehovah's Witnesses are regarded as being the root of all evil.
★Rather, Shouldn't we first think about the reasons for the occurrence of the abuse cases themselves that is the "the primary cause"?
Of course, perpetrators are guilty. This point has no room for discussion.
Meanwhile, I think that parental supervisory responsibility should also be questioned. In fact, if the parents strictly adhere to the guidance of the organization, such incident would have not happened.
★So, who should be responsible for "the primary cause" that is abuse cases themselves?
What do you think?

No organization is ever "the primary cause" of sexual abuse.
The primary cause is always SIN.
The primary cause is always the PERPETRATOR.
But what is scandalously shocking is that the PARENTS OF THE VICTIM are too afraid to report the crime to the authorities for fear of "bringing Jehovah's organization into disrepute." Yes,the Society guidelines say if it has been PROVED that a crime took place the parents should go to the police, but because of the Society TWO WITNESS RULE then that seldom ever happens.
The crime is being covered up because the Society insist the elders must NOT go to the authorities but must only ever report the allegations and the results of their judicial findings direct to the Branch Office. The Branch Office report only to the Society and the Society lawyers will fight tooth and nail to deny that any crime ever took place. They do this by DESTROYING EVIDENCE and refusing to hand over files about the perpetrator.
What is sickening is that known abusers who say they are sorry and promise never to be naughty again are forgiven and allowed back into the congregation. Even abusers who have gone to prison for their crimes are allowed back into the congregation and the elders are so stupid and incompetent they swallow all the lies and false promises the criminal makes, believing the Jehovah will deal with it.
Please wake up to the fact that it is the Governing Body who should be taken to court and forced to amend their pathetic "child protection" policies. Thousands of young children have been abused in the past and because the Society refuses to cooperate with the authorities to bring these evil abusers to court, then children remain vulnerable and at risk.
I know about the worldwide cases that are even now going on and how the Governing Body will even lie in court to save their skins and the reputation of the organization.

No. We stand by the Bible and its standards for everything we do and we are not going to apologise for that.
What we need to do is start getting the authorities involved if there is a hint of abuse happening. It will ruin people who are innocent but that is what society today is wanting. We can help those innocent pick the pieces up if they still trust us. But the stain will be with them only in this system of things.
If we are mandatory reporters there would be no issues.

No, not at all. The root cause of sexual abuse, is the sexual abuser, (allowing for a number of proven false allegations). There are good and bad people in all walks of life, and unfortunately for J/W's and Catholics they are a soft target for the media and other agencies to pick on. After all, when did you last read of an atheist child abuser? Does that mean that there are no child abuses committed by ahteists? No, it doesn't, but it does show that the media are looking for something to sensationalize. That's why Trump uses Twitter, he knows what the media are up to.

JWs have less sexual abuse than other religions, it is opposers who try to use some bad apples to make them look bad as a whole!
Don't know who you are! Either you are an opposer trying to make them look bad with this question or a misguided member thinking a question like this will help them! But this question does nothing to flatter them either way
