Please answer seriously.?

I have a room mate who was supposed to be staying with me to help out. She doesn’t pay rent, and I’m not asking for any.

She didn’t help for the first two months she was here, so I asked her to leave. Instead of packing, she attempted to clean the house a bit. I guess that’s something, but now she has disappeared into her room again.

Is there a way to get her out without going to a magistrate?

Update:

I own the house. Not even a bank payment. But I really do need help because my health is bad.

Not really sure what the laws are in where you live but just be firm, or have the landlord evict her, maybe even when they are not there pack their bags and leave them outside in hallway, and have keys changed, of course let them know ahead of time this will happen if they do not chose to leave on their own.
