    Cavities are generally darker in color than the rest of your teeth. Also, if you poke it with something thin and sharp, the instrument may get caught on the cavity because it is softer than the rest of your tooth. But go to the dentist. You're going to have to go anyway to get that cavity taken care of.

    I don't see any cavities , but you should get a second opinion .
