Go to a florist and have a nice bouquet made up for

her with her favorite flowers. Or a bouquet of Valentine

Balloons. And if you know her favorite perfume get

her a bottle of that.

A cute stuff animal and flowers or a card (could be funny and romantic). Chocolate is a good one too!

Depends on what you know about the girl and her likes. You don't go giving her heart shaped thongs. You know what she likes because you listen to her talk, and nothing impresses a girl more by a guy she may like who listens.
