When it comes to vitamins and supplements, how much is safe to take.?
Im trying to control my anxiety naturally, ive been taking multi-vitamins, vitamin C, and magnesium. So far it has helped a little. But I want to add, fish oil and l-lysine supplements. IS it safe to take all of these on a daily basis?

Yes and amino acids are great too.
Just heads up -- it's recently been discovered that our gut health and brain health are closely related. And people who eat whole healthy foods are apt to nix their anxiety, depression and other issues. You might want to try the Ketogenic diet?

It's safe, I suggest that you get magnesium/calcium supplement together as they compete with each other.

I take fish oil, stress complex B, vitamin D and multi vitamins. It doesnt matter if its natural the body will piss it out if you take too much.
