Can someone help me figure out what is going on with my body? Symptoms below?

So, for a couple weeks ive been dealing with upset tummy off and on, diarrhea, soft stools. If that wasn't bad enough, on Friday I wake up and have a Gum Abscess - it swelled up a bit and I've been nursing that. then on Saturday, I felt l had chaffing on my lower quadrant tummy on the left side, as if id rubbed something wrong, but the next day it feels more like a pulled muscle in my going/lower abdomen. Now I have a red rash on the let side of my back. I thought it was bug bites at first, but its all in one area with about 6 or 7 red irritated bumps. GRRRRR!! so I'm not sure what Is going on; anyone have any clue or know what these symptoms reflect?
