Does anyone know what's name of this anime?
I can barely remember about this anime but I'm going to give things from what I remember. (Sorry for my bad grammar)
- The MC has silver hair
- He forgot everything after he fought with someone.(Not sure about this one).
-The start of the anime is that he's laying on a ground (he's like inside of construction building).
- This anime is not too old (maybe just released last year based on the art?)
- After a few scenes, the guy helped a girl because some stole her things.
- The title has "luck" name on it (not luck and logic).
I just saw this on youtube, but I forgot the title. He changed the title on youtube to avoid copyright strikes.

Jikan no Shihaisha has some similarities with some of the things you've described, but beyond that, you're going to have to do better. If not the youtube video itself, at least some more specific details.

Changing the title has nothing to do with avoiding copyright strikes. You have been misinformed. Either the content is automatically matched and flagged, or the copyright owners and their spies recognize it and flag it. Either way, what it is called doesn't change the fact that it is an unauthorized distribution, in violation of international copyright laws.
