Is this related to me being anemic?
I have iron deficiency anemia and the symptoms i experience are usually fatigue, weakness,shortness of breath, and pale skin. Recently I have been feeling really tired while I'm eating even if I'm really hungry, I just completely lose my appetite and I rarely ever finish my food.

Yup. I hope you are on iron pills...because with this symptoms you should be given a blood transfusion. My husband needed two of them....

Typical symptoms, I had the same after blood loss from an Op. Hopefully you are taking iron meds.
