Back to the Future or Ghostbusters?

Its a battle between 2 80s science fiction films between Back to the future and Ghostbusters. Which movie do you guys think was better?

    that is hard. i feel like a have to say ghostbusters because almost every answer you have so far is back to the future and the lack of balance between these 2 really solid fun movies is a crime. they both have stood up to repeated, repeated viewings for me. what more can you ask for in a film? but i'm much more likely to quote ghostbusters at people because it is hilarious, so there is my justification.

    "Ghostbusters" is NOT SCIENCE FICTION. "Ghostbusters" is Comedy-Horror, in the genre of "Abbot and Costello Meet Frankenstein".

    However, simply as a question of liking one better than the other, I like "Ghostbusters" better than "Back to the Future".

    Never got into Ghostbusters but Back To The Future was an excellent film.

    But since I haven't had the chance to watch Ghostbusters; I might be a 'little' biased...
