hmm, I need a bit more information like in terms of how she was prior to you buying a place. You need to think about the little signs girls generally leave if they are interested in you e.g. Did she pay you special attention when she was around you, did she do something special or make something special for you, does she smile at you and look into your eyes, does she seem a little nervous around you, do you think she makes more of an effort in the way she dresses, does she talk in a cutesy kind of tone of voice when talking to you.

We girls do subtle things like the above when we like someone. Try to think of ANY indications where she might have tried to make you feel special...even in the most simplest forms. If you can't think of anything, sorry to say she might only see you as a friend.
