    many people decide to use the wild counterpart. Rather then name them colors of the rainbow. Our dog is called fox.

    BEcause of her big ears and we like that. We had a dog named wolf and a back cat called panther. HOw about tiger or bear.

    I have a cat named Black. And no it is not offensive we named her that because of her shiny black coat .

    It is not ok to call human beings animals, unless you have captured and caged them after they behaved like an animal.
