Do you not see illegal immigrants, people who made a decision to break U.S. regulations and laws, as criminals?

What I see is immigrants wanting to immigrate the the US are not being given a path to citizenship so they are forced to be illegals. All that needs to be done is allow them to become citizens.

No. I see them the way I see Harriet Tubman and others who helped slaves to escape: as good people who correctly recognized that the law was wrong and that breaking it was the right thing to do.

If I illegally entered a foreign country, I would certainly feel like I was a criminal, and would understand and acknowledge the potential repercussions if caught, which could include criminal penalties and obviously immediate deportation, so yea, I do.

Yes, but I also seem them as people that are able to take great risks to improve their lives, which is what this country was all about.

The breaking and entering is enough to throw them out. Democrats don't want to lose their voter base.
