I think of the Guy Fawkes cliche' and I say it eventually prevails in the end even if it takes a while or long hiatus so...

Yes within reason. In America, you are allowed to state your opinion no matter how twisted or controversial it may be. But you cant threaten someone, defame someone, etc.

Yes there is freedom of speech in human right but in Islam it is must be the truth not a slandering.lying.bullying.backbiting and accusing others without the truth which is called fitnah in Islam.Fitnah is worse than killing.

it does to an extent freedom of speech like everything else has limitations while you are free to say whatever you want about religion or criticize and insult any politician as much as you want in some places you can't for example threaten to kill another person or falsely report an emergency or lie in court etc. There is no complete freedom of speech but there are places where you are free to say alot that you would be killed for in other places

come on dude you know that just because there isn't complete freedom of speech doesn't mean there isn't any at all in some places criticizing religion or a nations government can get you killed and in other places it wont
