Why are women paid more than men?

Women and men are paid the same for the same work and same qualifications. There is no pay gap. That's just a lie created by feminists to demonize men.

If you work at a minimum wage for the same amount of hours you are getting the same amount of PAY...There is no separate minimum wage based on gender.

Men CLOCK more hours overall

Men are MORE likely to work overtime

Women take MORE sickleave

Women take MORE vacation time

Women take MORE general leaves of absence

The bottom line is if feminists want equal pay then they should have to work an equal amount of hours, which they do not.

If companies can pay women LESS, why not hire NOTHING but them? Because it's BULLSHIT that's why.
