What are the main differences between the American Constitution and the defective Constitution of India ?

The founding fathers of the American Constitution were extremely far-sighted and carefully inserted all kinds of Checks and Balances. But the Indian Constitution was drafted hastily by some short-sighted leaders who had little knowledge of Human Nature.

    Indian constitution can be change when even the overlords feel it's necessary, also it can be used for toilet paper.
