    That is a personal choice. Personally I find in shape young guys do look quite good with their bodies and legs shaved so I assume would a lot of females.

    That is a personal decision by each guy, but common practice is for guys to not shave anything but their beard from the neckline up. Only a few guys shave their chests and pubes, hardly anyone shaves their legs except perhaps models and also competitive swimmers.
