Why does wanting a military parade upset liberals so much?

Liberals spit on soldiers during the Vietnam war who had no control where their country sent them. This is the new thing liberals are doing to show their hate for the military and authority.

No true "conservative" would ever support such a massive waste of funds, either. Certainly not for vanity's sake.

Plus since America is the ONLY country to have nuked Hiroshima and Nagasaki, with questions still outstanding was it to test if their new toy actually worked, as well to say to USSR, by its very actions, "see! Don't mess with us", as well as whitewashing the effects of those bombs via hollywood, to neuter the campaign for nuclear disarmament, a military parade is just the thing, to reassure, NOT.

What's the point of it? Not exactly as if the American game plan is to actually win "a war", much less the "war on terror", "war on drugs" etc. Not exactly as if the idle rich who wax lyrically about patriotism, actually serve on the front line, putting their over delicate, fragile, necks on the line! B Clinton didn't. Bush jr coasted thanks to his father pulling the strings, not even bothering to show up. And poor old Trump, who doesn't know about his bone spurs.

And since when have America's war been a necessity? America knew in advance about pearl harbor. American businesses in the aftermath of the 1929 stock market crash actually armed Nazi Germany, since during the depression profits were thin on the ground, until the outbreak of hostilities. WW2 brought an end to the era of depression.

Not to mention, WW2 jettisoned America into the superpower status. What Britain lost, America gained, a vast trading empire.

Wars = profits.

As for 9/11 there are too many inconsistencies, too many loose ends, like who profited from insider trading, via placing bets before the planes hit! Since there was no naming of the individuals, no crowing, there is obviously something to hide!

Whilst Americans chose to be willfully myopic, citing "humanitarian intervention" those not residing in America are not so gullible.

Liberal america is ashamed of our military power because they view it as a symbol of aggression and as an unnecessary expense since in their mind military might is not important and even the most fraught conflicts can be resolved with diplomacy. When your entire worldview relies on what you wish was true, it makes sense why weaponry bothers you. Emotion is allowed to trump (pun intended) Rationality in liberalism, thus the distaste for the parade.

Liberals hate the military. Liberals think tha anyone who ever severed in the army is a dirty fascists who should be put down, we need to take our country back from the commies NOW.

Cause they say no to others when they would say yes to themselves

A parade to salute the military with soldiers proudly marching and an army band playing sounds great. A parade of military weapons just so Trump can stand up and act like he's a great leader is very dictatorship.
