Why do you think anyone lets race or sex influence who they will vote for? Isn't it all about decisions, leadership, negotiating, etc...?

Probably the worst thing about this is our leaders encourage us to vote this way. Takes the work right outta the job for them.

TV show Brain Games shared a study someone did. They prove a connection to voting off looks alone. The safer, comforting and honest face normally wins. Of course if we are paying attention we learn that as children, popular faces are well liked faces.

It is incredibly shallow to vote for a politician on nothing more than gender or race. It is literally the most meaningless thing to base a decision on. Which is why Democrats always play the race and gender card, they know their voters, they know that shallowness and meaningless gender/race issues get their voters to show up.

It *should* be about those things, but it isn't. Blacks vote overwhelmingly for black candidates, women are encouraged to vote for women, and so on, thanks to the sorry state of politics in this country.

YES. Many shallow minded people vote, and the last thing most of them are doing is THINKING. 30 second sound bites === like "Lock her up" shouted times for OCD purposes is about as deep as many voters ever get.

It's a very lazy form of politics expecting people will vote based on what kind of genitals people have. Democrats thrive on it, because they are bankrupt in the realm of ideas.
