What can I talk about?
As a kid I was shy and now I'm in highschool and I a lot more confident talking but I can't see to talk about things. It's easy for me to ask how someone's day is or what they been up to but when it comes to 1 on 1 talking to someone's I can't. I just sit there and look around. I don't have much experience with it and nobody really comes up to me and talks so its up to me to go up to them and start it but it's so hard. I try so hard. I think about everything and I just can't think of anything to say. This has been a problem for years and it has caused me to become more of myself and just not try at all. But I'm at a point were I feel like I'm missing out a lot just because I can't have a conversation with someone. I need examples or a topic. It's so weird because I actually like socializing yet I can't do it at all. My siblings don't have this problem they all make friends with ease

From my experience with this, you need to get more involved and you need to have hobbies if you don’t already. Once you have interests & hobbies find a person or people that have the same interests and hobbies as you.
Therefore you will have something to talk about. So for example if we both like guitar, we can both talk about our experiences with guitar.
Also when your having a conversation and the person is saying to you, listen to what (s)he is saying and pay attention to other topics to talk about in the sentence.
So for example if I’m saying to you “i played my guitar at the Bahamas and people enjoyed it” and you have been to the Bahamas you can say to me something like “I’ve been to the Bahamas before” and you can ask me questions about my experiences in the Bahamas & i can do the same thing back to you and right there is another thing to talk about.

Sounds like you're trying too hard. Relax. Hanging out with people doesn't have to involve constant talking or deep topics of conversation. If you don't have anything to talk about, then maybe you need to get a hobby or something. Get involved in clubs, volunteer work, study group, extracurricular activities, sports, or something, so you can be around people, and then you can talk about whatever it is that you're doing together, for a start.
