Is it possible to add a push to start and a touch screen in a 2011 Kia Optima? And if so, how much would it cost?

About $500 plus installation cost for the push to start system and $200-$700 for a touch screen stereo, plus installation. Altogether, you'd be spending more than $1000 on a car only worth about $4500. Not worth it, and when you go to sell the car you'd only get about $200 back out of that investment. I'm sure you've got more important uses for $1000+ than wasting it on your ego.

To add anything factory would be cost prohibitive. The car isn't currently wired for either of these items and it would require tearing you dashboard apart.
I suggest;
- forego the ''push to start''
- go aftermarket for the rest (any reputable stereo shop should be able to do that)

For several grand, and aftermarket components, sure. Hardly seems worth the trouble on a vehicle which has a current market value of approximately five grand.
