  • No. I keep my mouth shut because everyone is divorced with three different dads and two step moms these days. Personally, I think it shows a lack of respect and care. You are bringing a HUMAN BEING into the world but can't even have a successful relationship first???? So now you've automatically given that child stress and complexes. Not cool. I don't know if I'll be a good mom but what I do know is the person I have kids with will be someone I can count on ALWAYS. Someone that will understand they need to prioritize the tiny human instead of themselves or me now. And that is going to take time. I'm with an amazing guy who is great with kids. But I am not having them till I know for SURE. I will never do that to a kid.

Fitting? Depending on the circumstance. Without knowing the particulars I'd say maybe. I've known too many lives thus families that were saved by divorce, too many families that were destroyed by divorce, to generalize.
