I want to have a snow leopard as a pet. How shall I do to get one? Where han I buy one?

You can't. They are an endangered species. And unless you are a zoo or a wildlife center, it's impossible to own one.

Theyre not really good pets. Theyre most comfortable in mountainous terrain between 10,000 and 15,000 feet, and dont tend to survive well outside those altitudes.

You are old enough to know that these are wild animals which are not pets. If you want to own a cat then adopt one from an animal shelter if your parents will allow it.
