What can I do with Yahoo answer points? I'm just curious, is there something I can use it for, or nothing?

The points allow you to level up so you can answer and ask more times. That is all. In the far far past, they had little trinkets you could get based on your point level. I got a key chain.

No, it's not like frequent flyer miles. There's nothing you can use them for.

They allow you to move up levels and thus ask and answer more questions. Otherwise, there is no redeemable value. (Level 3 and up can post images and clickable links, Level 7 can recategorize questions).

points when you reach a certain amount gets you to the next level as you level up you can contribute more to the site each levels has restrictions on what you can and can not do such as how many questions you can ask and answer points have no money value towards them and there are no actual prizes learn more about points and levels here http://answers.yahoo.com/info/scoring_system

Not much, it's kind of more of a score thing on here, you could always use them to ask questions but that doesn't really use a lot so not much you can do with them at the moment other than that

you cant really use it for anything but maybe someday they'll change it and give us cash instead

Nada....the points you earn help you go from level to another. The higher levels have more privilege than the lower ranks.
