I need help with this percentile question!?

Calculate the percentile for the number 16 in the following list:

2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 16, 17, 19, 20, 20

***NOTE: I used the (x-0.5)y/n (100) calculation and I always end with 127 as my answer...I just need someone to confirm if I'm doing this correctly.

    There are 9 values less than 16 out of 15 values.

    Percentile rank = (9/15)*(100) =60

    number 16 is the 60th percentile

    There are 15 values in the list

    9 of these values are less than 16

    9/16 * 100 = 56.25%

    Percentile = 56.25
