What should I wear to an interview with Home Depot for customer service/cashier position?
I have very nice blouses and short and really nice dark colored jeans and such but my problem is with the shoes, I have sprained my ankle so I can’t wear anything slightly heeled or flats, I do have a very nice pair of white high tops that are extremely clean and plain looking

Heels seem a bit dressed up for an interview at Home Depot anyways. I would go with the white sneakers. Or really any sneakers or sandals seem like they'd be fine

BEFORE your interview, go to the store and observe what OTHER persons doing the same job are wearing...and if you require a SPECIAL WAIVER for footwear, bring a doctor's note to the interview.

The old rule, you've probably heard it yourself many times, is that you show up for the interview dressed as you would for the job itself. Have you EVER seen ANYONE working in a hardware store in heels? I mean, come on now. Whatever you have that's comfortable, that you can stand and walk in, would be fine, I'm sure. And not too much makeup or perfume. This isn't a girly-girl job!
