Would order best support the idea of creation order or chaos?
An example being if we found star systems that didn’t abide to our current understanding of physics or possibly never would, or if everything seemed to follow fixed laws ie the laws of physics

You're getting the idea, there is nothing in the known universe that suggests that it was created. Every time we have found something inexplicable and claimed "creation", supernatural, or god(s), we have found natural causes. We can imagine universes that would defy natural formation, but that's not this universe.
You can keep asking what would support "creation" but there is no point as everything we know through objectively verifiable evidence, strongly suggests natural formation and nothing that suggests the need for creation.

Job 38:4-11 Where were you when I founded the earth? Tell me, if you think you understand.
Who set it's measurements, in case you know, or who stretched a measuring line across it? Into what were its pedestals sunk, or who laid its cornerstone, when the morning stars joyfully cried out together, and all the sons of God began shouting in applause?
And who barricaded the sea behind doors when it burst out from the womb, when I clothed it with clouds and wrapped it in thick gloom, when I established my limit for it and put its bars and doors in place. And I said, ' You may come this far, and no farther; here is where your proud waves will stop.
Job 38:31-33 Can you tie the ropes of the kimah constellation or untie the cords of the Kesil constellation? Can you lead out a constellation in its season or guide the Ash constellation along with its sons.
Do you know the laws governing the heavens, or can you impose their authority on the earth?
It's God's creative works that is marked with orderliness rather than chaos or chance. God took specific steps in creating the earth, seas, and the statues of the heavens. This testify not only to his power but also to his Godship.

Nothing but rhetoric supports the myth of creation.

"Creation" is merely a proxy explanation. It fills the void in your knowledge, but nothing more. If we found something that TOTALLY violated our understanding of physics....then physics would have to change to match. Neither order, nor a mix of order and chaos, make it more likely that a made up answer to fill in your ignorance is the correct answer.

Obviously order would. I find it interesting that you mentioned the "laws" of physics. In a random non-intelligent setting there would be no "laws" and thus there would be no universe.
