You would get healthy really darn quick the Chinese European diet that consists of fresh vegetables rice and a little bit of fish causes those people to live to be a hundred twenty years old! And the people of the Andes Mountains that eat almost nothing but fresh fruits and vegetables and coca leaves. With a little bit of meat thrown in for flavoring have a heart and lung capacity 50% greater than the rest of us and live past 100 years of age.

Forcing your body into a strict dietary regimen, especially one in which you eat the same thing over and over, is rarely beneficial for your health. Your body knows far more than your conscious mind does about what it needs, and your tastes and preferences are how your body lets you know what it needs. In deciding in advance you're going to eat this or that based on some intellectual reasoning, you're making the decision to ignore your body's messages to you. This would be a lot more obvious if it hadn't become the norm for us to make food choices based on intellectual considerations.
