would you rather live in a nice apartment complex or live in a nice basement apartment?

    Basement apartments flood and are easy to break into.

    I lived in a nice apartment complex for 24 years which also had basement apartments. I would not want to live in a basement apartment but it would depend on the apartment complex, the apartment itself, the cost and the location.

    Would depend on the neighborhood more than the complex itself. A nice basement apartment in some areas would be far more desirable...
