How does this comic look so far?

Change the full frontal poses, very very few cartoonists do that boring pose. Your panel divisions are kind of awkward with those sizes. Standard page with panels has between 6 to 8 on each page. You need to do the layout in the panels with an eye towards 'camera work', varying the angles for best impact. There's no close ups, you can't really see expressions. Plan the layout of the word balloons better too. If you're doing detailed backgrounds remember that those need to flow smoothly as well.
There's a LOT of good tutorials online for comic book artists, do some google searches on panels and layouts for comics, or self publishing comics (the links are great and very informative).

I agree with Elaine M. To expand on the point, make your poses more dynamic. As it is, although decently drawn enough, it's just people standing around, akin to "talking heads".
