Because it works. They are 'ends justify the means no matter what' people now. I remember the days when politicians used to try and hide their lies. I suppose this is easier for them.

She wore it. I saw it on the News. Regardless of why she wore it, it was an extremely poor choice. It seemed to me to be very disrespectful given the reason she was there. It looked like she was saying she didn't care about those children. I can think of no good reason a First Lady of America would wear such a thing anyway.
