Since Traffic is bad and rent is to high, Can we suspend all immigration till to help with these problems?

Our politicians, like those in the EU, seem to think we need immigrants to keep the economy growing, and supply the labor force for the future.

On the other hand, Japan accepts almost zero immigration in spite of an aging population, They instead, are turning to automation and robotics to fill in those needs. I would choose following Japan before the EU.

No. Suspending immigration would make those problems worse. Immigration helps with those problems.

Immigrants commonly work in construction, building new housing, which helps keep rent down. Suspending immigration would mean there would be fewer workers to build homes, so fewer homes would be available, and rent would rise faster.

That would be the logical solution, plus stop paying people to have babies.

But politicians are owned by corporations who have different goals than the people.

not sure how that will help your personal situation if you think immigration is preventing you from getting a job to make more money then increase your skills. unless your saying sh!t hole countries offer better educational values to prepare you for the real world than the free USA?

as for traffic good luck with that. most immigration people don't drive like people in the USA. ask any person from any country how long their daily communtes are. yes you will find a few that drive like us. and you will find more don't.
