The biggest mystery is why God did not follow through on the plan to destroy all flesh like he told Noah that he was going to do why did God show Mercy and allow man to have a second chance even though he was fully aware that the second chance was likely to fail more likely than the first chance because men had become genetically imperfect. Why didn't God just destroy human beings mercy kill us and start over.
