I am a Christian and yes I do know of a single nonprofit organization to help the poor that's actually run by The Atheist Project Share provide food and clothing at no cost or very low-cost to those people that have a problem with either food or clothing. It was started by an atheist.

You mean, like Habitat for Humanity? Doctors without Borders? Just what would you expect a group which accounts for 1% or so of the US population, and less than 10% of any western nation's population, and which was often legally banned or at least excluded until the last 50 or so years, to do?

I cannot believe you genuinely believe this, but you must do otherwise you would not have asked it. There are many charities and organisations that help people with no religion whatsoever involved. Here is a sample:
•Amnesty International
•Fairtrade Foundation
•Médecins sans Frontières
•One Laptop Per Child
•WaterAid
