I was taking iron supplements to increase my ferritin levels and it's been 3 months and my ferritin levels are back to normal. Can I just stop taking the iron pills?

Sure. So what if it kills you, you are asking strangers on the intetnet so please take our unqualified advice to stop taking your iron pills and be perfectly fine. So if you get 4 strangers say yes and 3 strangers says no are you going to stop taking your iron pills? Lmfao! What good is your doctor when you get can advice from strangers who don't know a thing about your health?
