How do you look right now?
Too Fatty?
Or Medium?
If it's too fatty then 3 months is not enough to reduce for Bikini body.
If Medium then you may get that but need to really work hard for that.

It all depends on the ways you are willing to go about getting what you want along with what you know your body is capable of doing some people can lose weight others it's the hardest thing in the world to do even with rigorous exercise. So with that being said if you're willing to work for it make sure you hit the gym everyday it shouldn't take you three months it probably will happen a lot sooner or you go see an Adipex doctor because if you take it as designed you will be amazed at the results way sooner than 3 months or become a drug addict and those are your only options outside of surgery and liposuction leaving scars and possibly causing health problems but then again if you become a drug addict you're in for a whole **** ton of problems anyway so it's all about what but then again if you become a drug addict you're in for a whole **** ton of problems anyway so it boils down to you and what choice you decide to take to get what you want

Work out a lot, specially the abs, legs and gluts areas. Count your calories and eat healthier. Restrict your calories to about 1200 -1500 a day. If you can't get to a gym then enlist a personal trainer to help you out.
Eliminate junk food, sodas and colas, and sugary or high fat foods, also no take out or fast food. Also restrict your carbs and alcohol intake.
Don't do crash diets, you will only end up starving your self and cheating on them will only make you gain weight.

Exercise will tone (shape) muscle, but it only replaces an insignificant amount of fat.
Read the book "Fat Chance " by Dr. Robert Lustig M.D. to learn how to be 95% of the way to a bikini body.
Once thin, exercise will make a difference.
