Why green tea is good for health?

    They claim it is good for you but I took it every day for several months and all it done was make me pee all day.

    Esophageal Cancer. It can reduce the risk of esophageal cancer, but it is also widely thought to kill cancer cells in general without damaging the healthy tissue around them.

    Cholesterol. Green tea reduces bad cholesterol in the blood and improves the ratio of good cholesterol to bad cholesterol.

    Besides the above mentioned points, green tea fights common bacterial and viral infection. The catechin content restraints harmful bacterias and viruses from attaching themselves to the cellular walls. The anti-microbial property also keeps away bad breath, indigestion, cold and flu etc.
