    A standard drink in Australia is supposed to take ~1 hour to dissipate. That's 30ml of 40% spirits, including a lot of whiskeys. so theoretically, 700ml being a standard whiskey bottle size in aus, 700/30 = 23.333... standard drinks. ~24 hours assuming you sculled the whole damn thing instantly. Not advisable. Over a whole weekend? this probably depends more on how much you had in your last drinking session on Sunday. If you're worried about the results of some sort of test, just don't drink the day before it. If it's a really strict test, don't drink at least 24 hours before it. If you can't manage to do that, it can't be that important a test.

    EDIT: your mileage will vary dramatically based on hydration, food consumption prior and body.

    Bottle of whiskey is 75cl.

    75cl = 750 ml.

    25ml = 1 unit.

    750ml = 30 units.

    A single unit of alcohol will take approximately 1 hour to leave the bloodstream, so roughly 30 hours.
