Should I see a doctor or am I wasting their time?
I been having issues with my nose this past 4 months, pressure feeling behind nose, top ferls heavy with full itchy ear. It all comes and goes.
Had some steroid sprays twice and they didn't work.
Had pain in my lower ieft side, groin abdomen bladder area.
Had blood and urine test, all normal.
Had bad anxiety fatigue and depression for 2 months now some days are better though, been getting CBT for it before..
Would this be considered urgent or non urgent appointment if I was to call them tomorrow?
Or is it likely anxiety causing all this?
My nose blocks up sometimes especially at night sitting down or going to bed or waking up in the morning. Some days are worse than others, can still breathe but shallow, this increases tense feelings due to pressure in my nose and head. Also get brain fog.

It might be anxiety-related. Is there any way you can reduce your anxiety, even if it's only for a while, so you can determine if anxiety is causing this? Short-term use of Ativan (Lorazepam) would do that.
That said, there might be a physical reason this is happening so seeing a doctor wouldn't be a bad idea.
