My face skin become like this, what should I do, how do I get rid/care or treat this? I also want to know what's this called?

Should i use gentle cleanser for daily use?

    Eczema would be my guess. Go see a doctor.

    quit letting dudes j*zz on your face, or at least wipe it up before it drys
