sleep habit?
im typing 1 hand sorry for my lazyness. so . . . i . . . . its been 2 months that i sleep at 6 am and wake up at 2-4 pm and that was 2 months ago. now im sleeping 9am waking up 5-6pm. Ive tried all nighter but i fall asleep right around 10am and cant get to the pm's to fall asleep. if your still confuse. i sleep in the morning and wake up at dawn. how to get to normal sleeping at 10pm-11pm and waking up in the morning?

Make plans that mean you have to get up early, it should slowly reverse it, I’m currently stuck in that cycle but I’m at a friends for a week and I woke up at 9 am so seems to be working
