It's the little flag at the bottom right of every question and answer. The report flag is used to report all types of violations, including spam.

Its Part of the Reporting System if you see something that is Spam you click on the Flag Button then Click Submit and you can Report it for Spam

BECAUSE LIVE HUMAN BEINGS HAVE CODE the COMPUTER PROGRAMS TO CREATE A SPAM butt , and that takes WEEKS oor months or even YEARS. Those people EXPECT TO BE PAID livable wages or ALARIES BY VERIZON.
YA has had a "Report abuse' button FOR YEARS.
If you are such a genius get hired by Verizon , spend a year or more learning YA coding language, which proprietary and unique, and code those computer programs yourself. I've taken 3 programming courses over the years. Kicking the hardware DOES NOT WORK.
