Makes me think she's a very sexually amoral/immoral or loose person who doesn't think very highly of herself. Makes me think she tries to use her looks to manipulate people into doing stuff for her and/or getting what she wants.

If she's a brawler, she looks like one of those characters who uses their looks to distract opponents, and/or uses parts of her body, like her chest area, as weapons.

Looks like a fan-made Sailor Moon-type of character or a character from a fighting game, like Street Fighter.
