Anything common with these symptoms?
I am a 28 year old male. Recently I have been waking up and getting headaches an hour after with nausea and a bad taste in my mouth. Lasts for most of the morning normally until I eat and drink something. I do eat breakfast after I wake up. My dental hygeine is good also.
Thanks in advance.

If you're not eating dinner, try that. And have an apple or yogurt of something before you go to bed. Waking up with a headache ever day is not good.

Search = dehydration on WebMD or medical site.
Less alcohol more water might be an answer.

Because your wajamacallits are not aligned properly with your thingumyjigs, you need to be suspended from skyhooks by your bits and bobs until your milk teeth grow through again, I mean, it's just so easy, it isn't rocket science after all and if it is, I have a cure for that too!

Honestly, it could be anything. It could be caused by something in your diet, perhaps something you're not getting enough of in your diet. There's really no way for us to know.

What do you do before going to sleep? What do you eat/drink? Do you eat or drink anything? Details about what you do BEFORE you get these symptoms would help, not what you do AFTER.
